home, with great attention to detail, was designed by a Hawaiian and will
help you feel as calm as if you were there. There are lots of rooms,
beautiful views and wonderful features. Some rooms have hardwood floors and
many of the doors have crystal type doorknobs. There is even a pre-built
elevator shaft for installing a small elevator to go from the garage to the
main living level. the mail level (2nd) has the kitchen, dining room, sun
room, living room, family room (office) and bedroom so one could really just
live on that level if the needed to. The upper level has a 2 bedrooms with a
closet that goes all the way along the back of the home, plus a deck. the
lowest level, is where you will find the oversized 3 car garage, and a food
storage room (which could also be used as a wine cellar) plus two additional
rooms, one of which has been pre-plumed for a bathroom. The kitchen is
pre-plumbed and pre-wired for a dishwasher. current owner does not have one
